该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 Job Responsibilities 1. 产品研发与项目管理

• Product Design and Project Management 负责工业传感器及智能仪表产品全生命周期研发管理，统筹需求分析、方案设计、开发验证及量产导入，协调跨职能团队资源，确保项目按计划、高质量交付。 Responsible for hardware design of industrial sensor and smart instrumentation products, including requirements analysis, solution design, development verification and mass production introduction.

Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality. 2. 产品架构规划与技术方案制定

• Product Architecture Planning and Technical Solution Definition 负责产品硬件平台架构规划与关键技术路线制定，结合业务需求和行业发展趋势，推动产品平台化、模块化建设，持续提升产品竞争力和技术先进性。 Responsible for hardware platform architecture planning and key technology roadmap definition. Promote product platformization and modularization based on business needs and industry trends to continuously enhance product competitiveness and technological leadership. 3. 系统集成与关键技术攻关
• System Integration and Key Technical Problem Solving 负责产品开发过程中的系统方案设计与技术决策，主导复杂技术问题分析和解决，确保产品方案顺利落地。 Responsible for system solution design and technical decision-making during product design. Lead the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure successful implementation of product solutions. 4. 技术创新与前瞻研究
• Technical Innovation and Forward-Looking Research 关注行业技术发展趋势，推动关键技术研发与创新，为未来产品和技术平台的发展提供支持。 Monitor industry technology trends, drive key technology development and innovation, and provide support for future product and technology platform development. 任职要求 Qualifications 教育背景 Education Background
• 硕士及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器、通信工程、电气工程或相关专业。 Master’s degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 博士学历或毕业于国内外知名高校（985/211或同等水平院校）者优先。 PhD degree or graduation from a reputable university in China or overseas, such as 985/211 universities or equivalent institutions, is preferred.
• 具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够适应全球化研发协作环境。 Fluent English communication skills in a global environment. 专业经验与能力 Professional Experience and Competencies
• 10年以上工业电子硬件产品研发经验，具备完整产品从需求定义、方案设计到量产导入的开发经历； Over 10 years of experience in industrial electronic hardware product design, with end-to-end product design experience from requirements definition and solution design to mass production introduction.
• 3年以上研发项目管理或团队管理经验，能够完成复杂产品开发和关键技术攻关； Over 3 years of experience in R&D project management or team management, with the ability to drive complex product design and key technical problem solving.
• 具备扎实的电子硬件研发基础和系统级设计能力，具有硬件系统设计、系统集成及测试验证经验； Strong foundation in electronic hardware and system-level design, with experience in hardware system design, system integration, testing and validation.
• 熟悉产品全生命周期研发流程，具备良好的项目管理、跨部门协作及资源协调能力； Familiar with full life-cycle product design processes, with strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and resource coordination capabilities.
• 具有软硬件协同开发经验者优先； Experience in hardware-software co-development is preferred.
• 具有工业自动化、智能传感器、过程仪表或工业控制领域产品开发经验者优先； Product design experience in industrial automation, smart sensors, process instrumentation or industrial control is preferred.
• 熟悉工业通信及系统集成应用场景，或具有国际化研发团队合作经验者优先。 Familiarity with industrial communication and system integration application scenarios, or experience working with international R&D teams, is preferred.
