การทำงานจะแบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วงเวลาในแต่ละสัปดาห์ ดังนี้:
ช่วงที่ 1: กะดึก (2 วัน/สัปดาห์)
เวลาทำงาน: 23.00 น. - 07.00 น.
หน้าที่: ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้านในช่วงกะดึก
ช่วงที่ 2: ผู้ช่วยบาร์เทนเดอร์ (3 วัน/สัปดาห์)
เวลาทำงาน: 17.00 น. - 23.30 น.
หน้าที่: รับออเดอร์ลูกค้า และล้างทำความสะอาดแก้วเครื่องดื่ม
