任职资格
- 计算机科学硕士以上学历或本科学历+3年编译器相关工作经验 2. 强烈意愿或兴趣从事编译器相关工作 3. 熟练掌握C/C++ 4. 优秀的工程设计能力，理解能力强，解决问题能力强 5. 熟悉大型软件系统的功能设计和软件工程实践准则 6. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力 7. 良好的英语听说读写能力 具有以下一项或多项经历和经验的候选人可优先考虑： 1. 熟练掌握编译原理及其基本算法 2. 熟悉CPU/GPU体系结构 3. 熟悉LLVM代码框架，有使用经验 4. 熟悉主流API标准，DirectX/OpenGL/OpenGLES/Vulkan/OpenCL/CUDA等 5. 熟悉TensorFlow/Pytorch/tvm等框架 6. 熟悉常见GPGPU应用（HPC，DNN）的软硬件加速实现 7. 熟悉MLIR，并有相关使用项目经验 8. ACM等大赛获奖记录
