岗位职责 1、处理电视大屏/影视内容相关用户投诉，多渠道收集反馈并记录跟进； 2、分析用户需求，与内容/技术团队协作，推动投诉解决方案落地； 3、按规范操作运营系统，协助完成内容入库、编排与推荐； 4、维护客诉台账，定期汇总高频问题，完成上级交办的其他任务。 任职要求 1、本科及以上，可实习 6 个月及以上、每周出勤 5 天以上； 2、熟练 Word/Excel，学习及沟通能力强； 3、细致负责、抗压能力强，能正常应对用户情绪； 4、计算机/影视传媒/新媒体等相关专业优先。 加分项：客服/用户运营/内容运营实习经验；熟悉视频/大屏平台；会用 PS 或视频剪辑工具；懂基础播放诊断常识。
职位薪资：
100-120/天
