该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 / Key Responsibilities： 1. 业务增长 / Sales & Revenue Growth 负责所在业务领域的商务拓展及销售额增长，对业绩结果负责。 Take full ownership of business development and sales growth within the assigned business domain, ensuring accountability for revenue results. 2. 市场拓展 / Market Expansion 策划并执行市场活动，积极开拓新的本土化业务领域及潜在客户。 Drive marketing activities and develop new business streams/customers to expand our footprint in the local market. 3.预算与交付 / Budget & Delivery 达成所负责业务领域的订单交付量，确保完成年度预算目标及营业利润（OI）。 Be accountable for achieving Operating Income (OI) and order delivery targets against the annual budget. 4. 关键客户管理 / Key Account Management 维护并管理所负责业务领域的关键客户，建立长期稳定的合作关系。 Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. 5. 品牌建设 / Brand Building 通过公关、市场推广活动及广告，提升 MIRA 品牌在中国市场的知名度与影响力。 Promote the MIRA brand and enhance its visibility in China through strategic PR, events, and advertising campaigns. 6. 集团协作 / Group Collaboration 与集团公司保持紧密协作。 Maintain close collaboration with the Group Companies to ensure alignment and business synergy. 7.职能支持 / Cross-functional Support 根据需要，有效支持项目管理（Program Management）及工程部门的工作。 Provide effective support to the Program Management and Engineering functions when required. 任职要求 / Job Qualifications 1. 工程、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 至少 3 年以上汽车行业工作经验。 At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. 3. 具备出色的客户沟通技巧，中英文流利（听说读写熟练）。 Strong communication skills with customers; fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken). 4. 具备技术销售或商务拓展经验者优先。 Experience in technical sales or business development is highly preferred. 5. 有工程服务类公司从业经验者优先。 Experience working in an engineering services company is a plus. 6. 具备整车集成、新能源汽车（NEV）或自动驾驶相关技术背景者优先。 Technical background in vehicle integration, new energy vehicles (NEV), or autonomous driving is highly desirable. 7. 具备较强的自驱力，乐于学习新技术。 Self-driven with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
