工作內容

• 提供客戶服務及解答查詢及處理投訴
• 主動建立和客戶保持良好的客戶關係
• 收集、分析客戶資料、數據、需求
• 透過電話向客戶講解公司產品及接聽客人來電以解答客人的查詢
• 透過線上自媒體（抖音，小紅書，微信等）推廣及電話跟進客人情況
• 提高業務轉化率

職位要求

• 有熱情、勇於嘗試挑戰
• 有責任感，處事細心、性格開朗、有耐性、良好溝通能力
• 需獨立處理職務及具團隊合作精神
• 能操流利廣東話及普通話
• 歡迎新來港人士及應屆畢業生
