- 完成日均30组客户信息收集与建档，每周提交精准客户分析报告
- 开展线下地推活动，每月至少完成5场商圈巡展及招商推介会
- 维护客户关系，实现招商签约转化率不低于15%的考核指标
任职要求：
- 市场营销/工商管理专业应届毕业生，熟悉商业地产行业术语
- 具备优秀的人际沟通能力，能承受高强度地推工作压力
- 熟练使用CRM系统及Excel数据分析工具
