• Lead the production team to execute the production schedule effectively, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to maintain smooth plant operations. 领导生产团队高效执行生产计划，确保产品按时交付并满足客户需求；与跨职能部门紧密合作，保障工厂运营顺畅高效。
• Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong culture of operational excellence and EHS awareness. 确保全面符合安全、环保、质量及法规要求，持续推动运营文化建设，提升团队EHS（环境、健康与安全）意识。
• Drive operational standardization, process optimization, and manufacturing system development to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational performance. 推动生产管理标准化、流程优化及制造体系建设，持续提升生产效率、产品质量及整体运营表现。
• Develop, coach, and lead a production organization of approximately 50 employees, focusing on talent development, organizational capability building, succession planning, and team engagement. 负责约50人生产团队的管理与发展，推动人才培养、组织能力建设、继任者规划及团队凝聚力提升。
• Develop and execute manufacturing improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities, driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and sustainable operational excellence. 制定并落实符合业务战略的制造改善项目，持续推动运营优化、成本改善及运营发展。 Requirements任职要求：
• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines. 化学、化工或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 7 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a production management leadership role. 具备7年以上化工制造行业工作经验，其中至少3年生产管理团队领导经验。
• Proven experience leading and developing production teams, with strong capabilities in talent development, organizational development, and team building. 具备成熟的团队管理经验，在人才培养、组织优化及团队建设方面拥有成功实践经验。
• Experience in TPU manufacturing is highly preferred. 具有TPU生产制造经验者优先。
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. 具备流利的中英文口头及书面沟通能力。
• Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage complex and non-standard operational situations. 具备较强的适应能力、问题解决能力，能够灵活应对复杂及非标准化运营场景。
