该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary  Position Title: Component Engineer_ Differential  Location: Wuhan  Report to: CE Leader  A Component Engineer is a technical authority within the eDrive Engineering organization with deep knowledge and expertise in a specific component or function. A Component Engineer uses this expertise to establish and maintain a knowledge database for their technical field consisting of design guidelines, engineering tools, and technical sign-off checklists. A Component Engineer also supports the Business Growth team with innovations, platform designs, and technical roadmaps for their responsible areas and provides design solutions for new business opportunities. The position described below is for a Differential Component Engineer and includes responsibility for the differential assembly as well as components such as the differential housing, gears, washers, and pin. It also includes responsibility for torque-biasing design solutions such as limited-slip differentials and locking differentials. Key Accountabilities  Deep technical knowledge of differential gear design, analysis, and validation to meet durability, speed, and NVH requirements  Excellent writing, presenting, and training skills to document and share knowledge with the global engineering organization  Ability to create engineering process standards such as：Design guidelines, BOD (bill of design), AP&R (analysis plan&report), LLs, DVP&R (design validation plan&report), M-spec. and analytical tools. Maintain and present these documents as necessary  Responsible for developing design differential platforms, standards, and tools to ensure cross-regional standardization and effective knowledge transfer.  Ability to lead a global Center of Excellence team to define the differential technology roadmap, establish development processes and platform design solutions, and drive global technology leadership.  Create and maintain generic component and/or sub-system DFMEAs and use them to design special characteristics  Coordinate strategic supply base development together with GSM & App Eng  Support the vetting of the global supply base with GCM and SDE through technical evaluations to increase safe launch potential.  Develop and standardize differential cost modeling.  Support global program execution teams to achieve flawless launch with speed, efficiency, consistency, and alignment to differential standards.  Responsible for conducting competitive benchmarking of differential products to identify performance gaps and drive design improvements. Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor's degree or above, with a solid foundation in mechanical design, familiar with mechanical design principles, force analysis, proficient in the selection and verification of tolerances and fits and possessing innovative thinking.  Understand common processing techniques, part forming processes and surface treatments, etc.  More than 8 years work experience and at least 5 years in differential design for NEVs; Familiar with the structure, working principles, and production processes of differential;  Have fluent English communication and working skills;  Experience in ELSD, ELOCK and application is preferred  Experience in FDU/RDU and application is preferred  Experience in half shaft/prop shaft and application is preferred  Good knowledge to utilize 3D CAD software (NX, Catia) for 2D and 3D design release.  Proficient in mainstream engineering design software (e.g., Kissoft, Masta, GEMES, etc)  Good cooperation and organization capabilities
