生产主管

该职位来源于猎聘 职责内容/Responsibilities: 1. 根据计划部下达的生产计划，负责车间资源需求评估，生产具体安排、监督、按时保质保量落实产品的生产任务 According to the production plan issued by the Planning Department, responsible for workshop resource demand assessment, production specific arrangements, supervision, quality and quantity on time to implement the production of products 2. 全面控制、协调生产部门的人员管理及各项生产活动 Overall control and coordination of personnel management and production activities in the production department. 3. 及时对生产异常提出反馈，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理化建议 Timely feedback on production anomalies, timely tracking of identified problems and rationalization proposals 4. 参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量行动计划与实施，有效推动Kaizen&6S工作 Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality, and effectively promote Kaizen & 6S work. 5. 负责组长及员工的管理、培训和培养 Responsible for the management, training and development of team leaders and staff. 6. 负责本部门员工的绩效考核，提高员工的积极性和创造性 Responsible for the performance appraisal of the staff in the department, to improve staff motivation and creativity 7. 通过改善，提高生产效率、良品率，提高产品质量，降低生产成本 Improve production efficiency, yield rate, product quality and production cost through improvement. 8. 完成上司交代的临时工作 Completion of ad hoc work assigned by supervisors 任职资格要求/ Job Requirement: 1. 专科及以上学历，有同等岗位3年以上工作经验 Specialized education or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in the same position 2. 熟悉IE手法，有精益生产相关方面的培训更佳 Familiar with IE methodology, Lean Manufacturing related training is a plus 3. 熟悉TS五大工具并能熟练运用，能灵活运用PDCA，QC七手法等管理工具 Familiar with the five TS tools and can skillfully use, can flexibly use PDCA, QC seven techniques and other management tools 4. 具备阅读和书写英文邮件更佳 Certain language ability either in English 5. 态度端正，积极向上，性格外向，身体健康，无不良嗜好； A good and positive attitude at work is necessary and better to be outgoing with a healthy body and no bad habit
