职位来源于实习僧。岗位职责:（1）依客戶要求安排海运出口业务相关的订舱、放箱等事宜（2）处理各类咨询及时给予答复，解決客戶問題（3）参与服务流程的优化，服务质量的提高（4）收集客户反馈，进行数据分析，提供专业化的服务岗位要求：
- 大学专科以上，专业不限，英文能力CET4
- 熟练Office软件及英文打字
- 有较强的服务意识、善于沟通协调、細心谨慎、責任心強，有团队合作精神
- 应届毕业生尤佳（每周可出勤3-4天以上实习生亦可）
