计划主管

该职位来源于猎聘 工作地点前1年北京，后期苏州 工作内容：

• Manage master production planning, make monthly and weekly plan based on sales order and forecast
• Schedule levelled production plan in daily, release production order and follow up order fulfillment status
• Confirm delivery date of sales orders or quotation based on production capacity and material status
• Monitor full kits of production order, coordinate with buyer team for critical parts
• Support and coordinate production order change or BOM change
• Manage planning parameters as ERP key user
• Production planning regular report and analysis, manage production planning KPI
• Projects or improvement activities assigned - 根据销售订单和预测，制定月度，周度生产主计划 - 制定均衡日排产，发布生产工单并跟踪工单状态 - 根据产能和物料情况，评估及确认销售订单或者销售报价单的交货日期 - 监控生产工单的齐套性，协调采购团队解决物料供应问题 - 做为ERP关键用户管理计划参数 - 支持和协调生产订单变更或者BOM变更 - 生产计划相关报告或者分析，管理计划KPI - 负责生产计划相关的项目或者改善活动 任职要求
• Above 5 years of production planning experience, preferably in automotive or mechanical industry
• Experienced on S&OP, levelling production
• Experienced on ERP system, BOM structure
• Solid skills on EXCEL, Powerpoint, PowerBI experience or Visio is preferred
• Strong capability of coordination, logical thinking and problem solving
• English as work language
• 5年以上生产计划工作经验，汽车或者机械制造行业的经验优先 - 了解并参与过销售运营计划或者均衡化排产 - 熟悉ERP操作，BOM结构，SAP或者微软D365优先 - 熟练应用 EXCEL, Powerpoint, PowerBI或者 Visio应用经验优先 - 较强的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力 - 英语可以作为工作语言
