该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 Job Responsibilities： 1. 经销商渠道管理 Dealer Channel Management 1）负责经销商门店展示陈列 Manage dealer showroom displays and merchandising standards. 2）负责经销商市场推广政策制定和执行，经销商线上及线下活动的支持和管理，以及物料管理，包括宣传资料，礼品支持，展架管理等。 Develop and implement dealer marketing policies; support and manage dealers' online and offline marketing activities; oversee marketing materials, including promotional materials, giveaways, and display stands, etc. 2. 官网天猫运维 Official Website & Tmall Operations 1）负责天猫官方旗舰店全年运营规划，推动新品上架与活动落地；结合品牌宣传参与平台活动和促销。 Plan and manage the annual operations of the Tmall Official Flagship Store, driving new product launches and campaign execution while supporting brand promotion and platform marketing activities. 2）负责品牌官网的日常内容维护与管理，基于总部资料和网站基调，结合本土市场情况，更新中国区官网的产品信息、宣传资料及资讯。负责内容审核和画面设计，以及部分功能模块的开发和维护。 Maintain and manage China official website on a daily basis. Based on HQ materials and brand guidelines, localize and update product information, promotional content, and news for China website. Responsible for content review, visual design, and the development and maintenance of website functions. 3. 市场物料/礼品开发及库存管理 Marketing Materials Management 1）负责渠道宣传品和礼品的规划、开发及库存管理（包括产品手册，单页，toolbox等） Plan, develop, and manage inventory for channel marketing materials and promotional items, including product catalogs, brochures, and toolboxes. 2）负责通过检索总部物料资源进行物资下单，宣传品本土化及库存管理。（包括宣传品，展架，礼品等） Source and order marketing materials from HQ, manage localization projects, and oversee inventory, including promotional materials, display stands, and gifts. 3）负责内部物料申请系统的平台维护及积分管理。 Maintain the internal marketing materials platform and manage internal points redemption system. 4. 终端客户活动执行及线下品牌活动支持 End-user Engagement & Offline Brand Event Support 1）根据业务宣传需求和年度市场部规划，开展终端互动活动，例如客户采访等 Execute offline end-user engagement activities based on business communication needs and the annual marketing plan, such as customer interviews and other offline interactive campaigns. 2）支持品牌线下活动的执行，如新品发布会，展会等。 Support the execution of offline brand activities, including new product launch events, trade shows, and exhibitions. 岗位要求 Job Requirements： 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销相关专业，且具有3年以上市场宣传或营销经验 Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing communications or marketing. 2. 熟悉经销商业务模式，有经销商市场推广和管理经验，制定相关市场支持政策。 Familiar with the dealer business model, with hands-on experience in dealer marketing management, including the development and implementation of dealer marketing support policies. 3. 熟悉天猫旗舰店运营及直播执行，具备新品上架、活动策划、价格体系管理及基础数据分析能力。 Experienced in Tmall store operations and livestream execution, with capabilities in new product launches, campaign planning, pricing management, and basic data analysis. 4. 具备官网内容管理经验，熟悉产品信息更新及页面审核流程。 Experience in official website content management, including product information updates and webpage review processes. 5. 具备礼品及宣传品管理经验，能够统筹开发、打样、质量把控及上架管理。 Experience in promotional merchandise and marketing collateral management, including product development, sampling, quality control, and product listing management. 6. 项目统筹与沟通能力强，工作细致，具备品牌意识和长期运营思维。 Strong project management and communication skills, with attention to detail, a strong brand mindset, and a long-term operational perspective. 7. 中英文流利 Fluent in both Chinese and English. 8. 可适应出差 Willing to travel as required.
