1、 根据品牌故事主题及风格定位，把控产品风格与结构；
2、 组织团队进行市场调研，分析市场流行趋势；
3、 拟定每季设计开发计划，按时组织、安排设计开发任务；
4、 负责每季板衣的批核、指导工作；
5、 负责每季产品的开发成本及费用预算的把控；
6、 负责每期产品的配搭、订货会产品展示与讲解工作；
7、 管理团队成员，拟定人才梯队培养计划；
