该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION AIM 岗位目标:The Genetic Implementation Manager will lead the GGP/Multiplier team, oversee technical implementation across the PIC China farms, and ensure product quality and order coordination for farm deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 任职资格与经验要求:

• PhD degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience within intensive swine production systems; experience in genetic production preferred. 博士学位优先加5年以上集约化养猪生产系统经验； 有遗传育种生产经验者优先。
• A thorough understanding of swine production practices and genetic improvement programs.

• Ability to deliver necessary training for production staff.

岗位职责:

• Lead and manage the GGP/Multiplier farm team (having direct reports), providing guidance, performance management and professional development. 领导和管理GGP和扩繁农场团队（有直接下属），提供指导、绩效管理和专业发展。
• Assist the planning and execution of genetic dissemination across the PIC China farms 协助规划和执行PIC中国农场的遗传传播
• Oversee product quality control and assurance across all GGP/Multiplier operations to meet PIC standards.

• Coordinate the farm order fulfillment (optimize order planing, inventory management and delivery schedules), ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Train staff and technical site leads for successful implementation of genetic improvement program.
