该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION AIM 岗位目标:On-site Product Quality Manager is responsible for the achievement of genetic progress targets and consistent improving product quality through the execution of defined processes and highly functional teams while collaborating with farm staff management and personnel closely. By implementing multiple genetic programs (offtest, selection, etc.) with good quality and innovative tools, local PIC farms can accumulate increasingly-improving genetic gains and product quality, delivering to customers’ farms, boar studs, etc., in a faster and more stable way. 驻场产品质量经理负责通过规定流程和高度专业的团队，与农场管理层和农场员工协作，取得遗传进展目标，实现稳定提升的产品质量。通过使用创新工具高质量执行多个遗传项目（包括结测、选种等），累加持续取得遗传改良和产品质量提升，并将该进展快速稳定传递到客户农场、公猪站等。

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 任职资格与经验要求:

• Bachelor degree or above in animal science or related. 动物科学或相关专业学士及以上学位。
• At least five years of experience within contemporary swine production systems; at least two years’ experience in pig breeding farm. 至少5年的现代养猪生产体系工作经验，其中至少2年的种猪场工作经验。
• Capacity to develop breeding protocols and train the appropriate team/personnel.

能够开发育种相关技术流程，并培训相关团队/人员。

• Ability to analyze data. 具备数据分析能力。
• Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills. 优秀的沟通、协作和影响能力。
• Experience on team management and project management is a plus. 有一定的团队管理与项目管理经验加分。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 熟练的Microsoft Office软件和其他相关软件的使用能力。
• Technical writing skills. 技术写作技能。 RESPONSIBILITIES

岗位职责:

• Lead the implementation of genetic improvement and product quality program in the farm. 领导农场的遗传改良与产品质量项目的现场执行。
• Oversee all sectors related on product quality in the farm, e.g., mating, pigs transferring, offtest, selection. 监督农场产品质量相关的各个环节，如配种、转群、结测、选种等。
• Manage genetic and product data of the farm assigned, including data collection, submission, analysis, communication, etc. 管理所分配农场的遗传和产品相关数据，包括数据收集、上传、分析、沟通等。
• Navigation of multiple database (PICTraq, PowerBI, etc.) to optimize herd replacement selection, pedigree management, mating decisions and selection operations. 通过使用多个数据库（PICTraq, PowerBI, etc.），优化猪群选种替换，系谱管理、配种决策和选种操作。
• Responsible for on-site technical training relate on product quality. 负责农场产品质量相关的技术培训。
• Responsible for achieving genetic progress targets, including measurement, distribution regularly. 负责实现遗传改良目标，包括测量遗传进展，并定期更新。
• In charge of forecasting availability and submitting to Product Quality Liaison timely, supplying suggestions on order allocation from product quality perspective. 负责农场种猪库存预测并向产品供应联络员及时更新，提供产品质量相关的订单分配建议。
• Deal with product quality issues 处理产品质量相关问题
