该职位来源于猎聘 Primary Function: Base in BAC Dalian plant and delivers high performance in the following areas:

• Fin copper coil equipment maintenance and management, to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment, independent solution of electrical automation failures, so that the equipment efficiently serve the production.
• Equipment security management to ensure the safety of personnel and assets during the use of equipment.
• Project management to ensure the efficient and smooth completion of equipment introduction, renovation and other projects. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: For BAC Dalian plant, to conduct effective maintenance and management of fin copper coil production equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of equipment, equipment can efficiently serve the production:
• Establish and improve equipment archives, compile, upgrade and archive relevant documents for the whole life cycle of equipment and provide data support for the traceability and analysis of equipment problems.
• Develop regular equipment inspection, maintenance and maintenance plans, identify and solve potential problems in advance, and ensure that equipment maintenance plans are carried out on time and effectively.
• Visual management of equipment, using signs, labels and other visual means to clearly display equipment efficiency, status and maintenance information, using visual methods to achieve equipment maintenance can be guided.
• Equipment data analysis can use Pareto /5WHY/A3 and other methods to find out the key points of equipment efficiency improvement, continuous improvement of equipment OEE.
• Use appropriate testing methods and technologies to quickly and accurately diagnose the causes of equipment failures, especially the diagnosis and solution of electrical automation related problems, provide regular professional training for maintenance personnel, promote knowledge sharing, and improve the overall skill level of the team.
• Efficient spare parts management, reasonable reserve of key spare parts, ensure the timeliness of maintenance work, analyze inventory consumption trend, develop improvement plan.
• Be able to identify equipment improvement points and develop effective technical implementation plans.
• Lead and promote TPM implementation.

Equipment safety management to ensure the safety of personnel and assets during the use of equipment:

• Improve the safety operation procedures, and continuously solve the safety risks of equipment.
• Cooperate with EHS department to prepare MOC before new equipment running and identify safety risks in equipment operation, operation and maintenance, and solve safety risks.
• Perform safety management of special equipment. Project management, ensure equipment introduction, transformation and other projects are completed efficiently and smoothly:
• Effectively identify the project implementation content and make reasonable time and resource planning.
• Have the ability of cost and time management during the project process, can control the project schedule and complete the project efficiently and on time.
• Effective communication and teamwork, able to maintain good communication and cooperation among team members and between team members and relevant parties.
• Risk identification and management. Be able to effectively assess the risks of the project process and results and take measures to avoid them.

Perform other tasks assigned by the department and cooperate with other members to achieve departmental performance. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Required Attributes o Professional Expertise

• With electrical automation, hydraulic control and mechanical related professional knowledge, can carry out electrical fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance.
• Special equipment management is preferred
• Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking English as a working language.
• Ability:
• Strong learning ability can quickly grasp the plant equipment related content, and constantly provide new ideas for equipment maintenance and improvement.
• Strong executive ability can give a timely response to the task received, feedback clear problem-solving ideas.
• Good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with team members, and be able to discuss and communicate with equipment manufacturers.
• Keen ability to discover, study and solve problems, able to constantly propose equipment improvement points through observation and analysis of equipment, break fixed thinking and have their own opinions on improvement items.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical, automation or related.
• Three years or more experience in equipment management.
• Experience in operation and management of fin coil related heat exchanger manufacturing equipment.
