采购实习生

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责：

• Conduct data collection, collation, analysis and daily information management for the department. 进行部门的数据收集、整理、分析及日常信息管理。
• Support document management and process coordination between the Strategy & Excellence team and cross-functional departments. 支持战略与团队与跨职能部门之间的文件管理和流程协调。
• Assist in the coordination and execution of decision-making forums, including meeting preparation, logistics arrangement, minutes taking and follow-up distribution. 协助决策论坛的协调与执行，包括会议准备、后勤安排、会议记录及后续分发跟进。
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and internal administrative support as assigned.承担其他临时分配的任务及内部行政支持工作。 工作要求：
• Current undergraduate/master’s student majoring in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). 在读本科或硕士，供应链管理、机械工程、工商管理或相关专业优先（非必须）
• Strong communication skills, proactive learning attitude and sense of responsibility. 良好的沟通能力，积极主动的学习态度和责任心
• Able to work independently and target-driven, with good teamwork spirit and high accountability. 能够独立工作，目标导向，具备良好的团队合作精神和高度责任感
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English proficiency (written & spoken). 中文母语，英语流利（书面及口语）
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word等）
