该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.根据自研产品和外部客户的需求，负责基础IP的评估和优化、Finfet先进工艺标准单元库和其它定制电路的开发。 2.负责数据包的生成，包括lib，Verilog，redhawk等。 3. 通过spice仿真和数据分析，评估版图质量，验证电路的功能及可靠性，对电路进行改进优化。 4. 和前端与后端设计团队紧密合作，匹配PPA需求，保证单元库及芯片可靠性 任职要求： 欢迎2027届毕业生投递简历 1.电子学、微电子、通信、自动化类或相关专业硕士及以上学历 2.熟悉电路设计基础理论，熟悉器件模型 3. 掌握编程/脚本技能（如C/C++、Perl、Python等） 4.善于学习、良好的沟通和团队合作精神
