该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects, working with team members throughout API to support global customer needs.

Projects can be NPI, product transfer etc. Responsibilities include:

• Develop project Plan based on communication with customers and internal alignments with stakeholders.
• Organize kickoff meetings with cross function team and clarify detail product and process specifications, complete project check list and documentation.
• Manage execution of the project, on time, within scope, within budget.
• Manage capital needs and cost, monitor capital requests with input from cross function team.
• Provide timely reporting of project execution, identify, escalate, and resolve issues in execution level with cross function teams.
• In charge of new product information collection:
• Cost, annual quantity, peak volume, annual revenue, CMR(if needed) etc.
• Take the responsibility of new prototype’s delivery, work with planning team to follow project plan.
• Lead new product launch in the APQP and PPAP process.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Education and Experience:
• BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of educational and experience
• Five years manufacturing experience
• Knowledgeable in production processes and manufacturing, preferably in heat exchanger manufacturing
• Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing required.
• Industrial or automotive heat transfer background
• Communicate in oral and written English
