该职位来源于猎聘 责任及任务 - 根据销售订单和预测，制定月度，周度生产主计划 - 制定均衡日排产，发布生产工单并跟踪工单状态 - 根据产能和物料情况，评估及确认销售订单或者销售报价单的交货日期 - 监控生产工单的齐套性，协调采购团队解决物料供应问题 - 做为ERP关键用户管理计划参数 - 支持和协调生产订单变更或者BOM变更 - 生产计划相关报告或者分析，管理计划KPI - 负责生产计划相关的项目或者改善活动 任职要求 - 本科以上学历，5年以上生产计划工作经验，汽车或者机械制造行业的经验优先 - 了解并参与过销售运营计划或者均衡化排产 - 熟悉ERP操作，BOM结构，SAP或者微软D365优先 - 熟练应用 EXCEL, Powerpoint, PowerBI或者 Visio应用经验优先 - 较强的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力 - 英语可以作为工作语言
