该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、研究钙钛矿太阳能电池制备工艺，包括PVD、ALD、涂布、闪蒸等成膜技术及相关器件工艺 2、跟踪钙钛矿及叠层电池技术发展前沿，分析量产化路径与关键设备需求 3、参与钙钛矿路线设备产品的定义、技术方案论证及研发立项 4、与研发团队协作，推动钙钛矿相关设备的工艺开发与性能优化 任职资格: 1、硕士及以上学历，物理、化学、材料科学或机械、电气、自动化工程相关专业 2、具备钙钛矿太阳能电池研究背景，有钙钛矿器件制备或相关工艺开发经验者优先 3、熟悉PVD、CVD、ALD、溶液法涂布等薄膜制备技术中的一种或多种 4、具备较强的实验设计与数据分析能力，能够独立开展工艺研究 5、具有良好的英文文献阅读能力，在相关领域发表过高水平论文者优先
