该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、开展等离子体源设计与优化，研究等离子体产生、输运及与材料相互作用机理 2、负责PECVD等等离子体工艺设备的核心技术研发，提升镀膜质量和均匀性 3、进行等离子体诊断与表征，建立等离子体参数与工艺结果的关联模型 4、解决等离子体相关技术难题，包括颗粒控制、均匀性、工艺稳定性等 5、跟踪等离子体技术前沿，开发新型等离子体源和应用工艺 任职资格: 1、硕士及以上学历，等离子体物理、微电子、真空物理、材料物理等相关专业 2、具备扎实的等离子体物理基础，熟悉低温等离子体产生与诊断技术 3、有PECVD、ICP、CCP或其他等离子体设备研究经验者优先 4、了解等离子体仿真方法，能够进行等离子体建模与分析者优先 5、具有良好的英文文献阅读能力和实验研究能力
