该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、开展机器视觉与图像处理算法研发，应用于光伏电池片/硅片的缺陷检测、尺寸测量、定位识别等场景 2、负责视觉系统方案设计，包括相机、镜头、光源选型及光路设计 3、基于深度学习的图像识别算法开发与优化，提升检测精度和速度 4、参与视觉系统的集成与调试，解决现场应用中的技术问题 5、跟踪计算机视觉与深度学习前沿技术，引入新技术提升产品竞争力 任职资格: 1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、光学工程、图像处理等相关专业 2、具备扎实的图像处理和计算机视觉基础，熟悉常用图像处理算法 3、熟悉深度学习框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow等），有目标检测、语义分割等项目经验者优先 4、熟练使用C++/Python进行算法开发，有工业视觉项目经验者优先 5、具有良好的英文文献阅读能力，在CV领域顶会顶刊发表论文者优先
