Qualifications (Job Requirements)

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6) or above
2. Major: Construction‑related disciplines, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management
3. Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry
4. Nationality: Must be a Malaysian citizen

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for on‑site installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and stable operation monitoring of non‑standard automation equipment for the lithium‑ion battery industry, to ensure normal equipment operation.
2. Troubleshoot various equipment issues at customer sites, analyze and summarize root causes, report to supervisors, put forward reasonable improvement suggestions, coordinate resources to achieve efficient problem resolution, and guarantee on‑time project delivery.
3. Carry out offline and online optimization, upgrading and modification of equipment. Follow up on‑site test tasks assigned by the R&D department, support prototype verification and optimization, and feed back relevant problems and suggestions in a timely manner.
4. Provide training for customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance, enabling them to independently perform equipment operation and routine maintenance.
5. Liaise with sales, product and other relevant departments, feed back key customer requirements, maintain sound customer relationships and help improve customer satisfaction. Assist the sales department with equipment acceptance to ensure all technical specifications are met.
6. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by supervisors.
