该职位来源于猎聘 We are now looking for a Senior Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our Innovation Hub APAC in China. Working under the R&D Engineering Manager, you will support the electrical/Electronics development and adaptation of existing product platforms to fit regional manufacturing capabilities and market requirements. • Take ownership of assigned hardware tasks within product improvement and adaptation projects.
• Modify and optimize existing PCB and circuits for performance, cost, and component availability.
• Perform schematics design, layout support, and components selection
• Collaborate with mechanical, validation, and software engineers to ensure full system integration.
• Support and guide prototype builds, electrical verification, and bench testing/debugging.
• Interface with suppliers to ensure sourcing and manufacturability of electrical components and PCBs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, especially for automotive or embedded systems.
• Strong proficiency in EDA( at least 1) software tool, WCA(worst case analysis)& calculation, failure analysis, field trouble shooting, ....etc. Familiarity with supplier interaction and cost-driven component selection.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
