该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容
- 负责模具工作区域和模架区域5S；
- 负责按照模具保养作业指导书，对模具进行一级/二级保养作业，保质保量完成，并记录模具保养表格，对数据的准确性负责；
- 负责模具的维修，配合模具领班和模具组长制定模具维修方案；
- 负责配合生产中模具异常快速响应，及时维修；
- 确保模具库位的准确性，对模具清单，进出记录及时登记，维护；
- 负责配合领班和组长对模具进行完单优化；
- 完成上级布置的其他工作内容。
任职资格 1.学历：中专以上学历
- 专业知识技能：熟悉注塑模具结构，具备注塑模具维护保养方面能力
- 工作经验：5年以上模具维修岗位管理经验和动手能力
- 胜任能力：能够熟练操作常规机加工设备，并具备培训能力。能独立展开工作
- 质量工具 ：了解IATF16949质量管理体系
- 其他：熟练使用办公软件，能看懂图纸，熟练使用长度类量具
