该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities 1.负责微通道换热器产品的设计与开发，包括产品概念设计、详细设计、仿真分析、样品制作及测试验证，确保产品满足客户性能、成本和质量要求。 Responsible for the design and development of microchannel heat exchanger products, including conceptual design, detailed design, simulation analysis, prototype fabrication, and testing and validation, ensuring products meet customer performance, cost, and quality requirements. 2.主导微通道产品的技术方案制定，包括流道设计、翅片结构、集流管设计、焊接工艺选型等，推动产品性能优化和成本降低。 Lead technical solution development for microchannel products, including flow channel design, fin structure, header design, and brazing process selection, driving product performance optimization and cost reduction. 3.负责微通道产品的热力学与流体力学仿真分析，使用专业软件进行换热性能、压降、应力等计算，并根据仿真结果优化设计方案。 Conduct thermal and fluid dynamics simulation analysis for microchannel products, using professional software for heat transfer performance, pressure drop, and stress calculations, and optimizing design solutions based on simulation results. 4.协调研发、工艺、质量、生产及供应商，推动微通道产品从样品到量产的全流程技术导入，解决开发过程中的技术问题。 Coordinate with R&D, process engineering, quality, manufacturing, and suppliers to drive full-process technical introduction of microchannel products from prototype to mass production, resolving technical issues during development. 5.负责微通道产品的技术规范、图纸、BOM、测试报告等技术文件的编制与维护，确保技术文档的准确性和完整性。 Prepare and maintain technical specifications, drawings, BOMs, test reports, and other technical documents for microchannel products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical documentation. 6.支持客户技术交流与需求对接，参与产品报价的技术评估，提供微通道产品的技术方案建议和可行性分析。 Support customer technical communication and requirement alignment, participate in technical evaluation for product quotations, and provide technical solution recommendations and feasibility analysis for microchannel products. 7.跟踪微通道换热器行业技术发展趋势，开展新技术、新材料、新工艺的研究与应用，推动产品技术创新和竞争力提升。 Track technology trends in the microchannel heat exchanger industry, conduct research and application of new technologies, materials, and processes, and drive product technology innovation and competitiveness improvement. 8.主导微通道产品的失效分析与问题解决，运用8D、FMEA等质量工具，推动设计改进和预防措施落实。 Lead failure analysis and problem-solving for microchannel products, applying quality tools such as 8D and FMEA to drive design improvements and preventive measures. 9.参与车用微通道产品的APQP流程，负责设计开发阶段的交付物，包括DFMEA、设计验证计划、工程规范等，确保满足客户和行业要求。 Participate in the APQP process for automotive microchannel products, responsible for design and development phase deliverables including DFMEA, design verification plans, and engineering specifications, ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements. 任职要求 / Qualifications 1.本科或以上学历，机械工程、热能工程、制冷与低温工程、流体力学、材料工程或相关专业； Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenics, Fluid Mechanics, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline; graduates of leading universities are preferred. 2.具备5年以上微通道换热器或相关热交换产品的设计开发经验，熟悉微通道产品的结构设计、制造工艺（如钎焊、机加工等）及性能测试方法。 5+ years of design and development experience in microchannel heat exchangers or related heat exchange products; familiar with microchannel product structural design, manufacturing processes (such as brazing, machining, etc.), and performance testing methods. 3.熟练热力学、传热学、流体力学等基础理论，能够独立进行微通道换热器的换热性能计算与仿真分析，择优熟练使用相关仿真软件（如Fluent、Star-CCM+、ANSYS等）。 Proficient in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics fundamentals; capable of independently heat transfer performance calculations and simulation analysis for microchannel heat exchangers; skilled in using relevant simulation software (such as Fluent, Star-CCM+, ANSYS, etc.) is better. 4.熟练使用CAD/CAE设计软件（如SolidWorks、UG、CATIA等），能够独立完成产品三维建模、工程图纸及BOM编制。 Proficient in CAD/CAE design software (such as SolidWorks, UG, CATIA, etc.); capable of independently completing 3D modeling, engineering drawings, and BOM preparation. 5.熟悉车用行业APQP流程及质量工具（DFMEA、PFMEA、PPAP、8D等），有车用微通道产品开发经验者优先。 Familiar with automotive APQP processes and quality tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, 8D, etc.); experience in automotive microchannel product development is preferred. 6.英语听说读写流利，可将英语作为日常工作语言，能够独立进行英文技术交流、撰写英文技术报告，并与海外客户和供应商高效沟通。 Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to use English as the working language; capable of independently conducting English technical communication, preparing English technical reports, and communicating effectively with overseas customers and suppliers. 7.具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力、跨部门协调能力和项目推进能力，能够在紧迫交期和多任务环境下高效工作；具备较强的责任心和结果导向。 Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, cross-functional coordination, and project execution capabilities; able to work efficiently in a time-sensitive and multi-task environment; strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. 优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications

• 具备车用空调、新能源汽车热管理或制冷行业微通道产品开发经验者优先。 Experience in microchannel product development for automotive air conditioning, new energy vehicle thermal management, or refrigeration industry is preferred.
• 有美国或其他海外客户技术对接与项目开发经验。 Experience in technical interface and project development with U.S. or other international customers.
• 熟悉微通道换热器制造工艺，如Nocolok钎焊、真空钎焊、冲压、胀管等工艺者优先。 Familiarity with microchannel heat exchanger manufacturing processes, such as Nocolok brazing, vacuum brazing, stamping, tube expansion, etc., is preferred.
