该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1 结合客户及内部需求，充分识别光学器件DFMEA并制定认证方案 2 对模组规格进行分解, 制定制程公差需求、器件及模组规格，并输出器件规格书 3 制程所需标板计算，测试工艺参数计算及输出 4 模组杂散光分析并推动改善 5 对模组常见不良进行分析并提出改善方案 6 光学器件相关可靠性异常分析及解决 7 lesson learn总结及评测规范更新 8 产品与器件设计策划/验证 9 专业技术能力建设 岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，光学相关专业； 2、几何光学理论知识扎实；能熟练使用HR、Pro9/10、CCM等测试机台，了解LightTools、CodeV等光学仿真软件的基本功能及使用； 3、熟练使用办公软件，学习能力强，逻辑性好
