What they need
工作职责:
- 负责检验所的肿瘤基因检测项目执行；
- 负责检验所质量监督体系及日常检测技术问题的处理；
- 负责检测项目从样本到报告整个流程的完善；
- 负责团队人员培训，考核机制的建立。
任职条件:
- 分子生物学，医学检验学，医学遗传学专业，硕士及以上学历。
- 有至少2年以上的肿瘤二代测序实验室的团队管理经验
- 有肿瘤基因检测的专业知识和相关工作经验
- 善于沟通，梳理流程，解决问题，责任心强，执行力强
- 有和销售团队沟通的经验
- 精通捕获及扩增子的技术原理，有过研发经验者优先考虑
