该职位来源于猎聘 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，高分子材料、材料成型或机械专业； 2.3年以上注塑工艺开发经验，有LFT（长纤维增强）注塑工艺经验者优先； 3.精通注塑缺陷机理与解决策略； 4.熟悉主流注塑机（恩格尔、克劳斯玛菲、海天）操作系统； 5.该岗位高级/中级/初级都招聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责LFT注塑及热塑注塑成型工艺开发与量产导入； 2. 开发/优化注塑成型工艺参数（料温/模温/注射压力/速度/保压切换点/背压等）； 3.纤维取向分布优化、焊接线与翘曲缺陷改善； 4.试模与工艺调试； 5.与模流仿真工程师的对标验证
