任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学等相关专业优先
- 对人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的数据统计能力
- 工作细致认真，具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神
