该职位来源于猎聘 工作地点：深圳或弹性远端 岗位职责： - 配合业务进行市场产品调研、立项，把控项目风险 - 独立主导半导体自动化设备规划、整机，并进行项目资源协调与整合 - 监控项目进度状况，攻关项目中的技术难点 - 制定研发相关技术标准，新品试验和鉴定 - 统招大专及以上学历，熟练使用CAD和solidworks - 3年以上半导体"天车设备"开发设计及项目的经验；有"封装制程"经历优先 - 对设计规范、设计标准有一定的认知，对项目中的问题能够主动独立的提出解决思路
- 具有非标自动化项目的方案设计及和谈判经验 - 有创新思维，有团队意识，责任心强
