该职位来源于猎聘 Your Responsibilities 1) 3 years of experience in/as a Senior process engineer in related PCB industry, more than 5 years of experience in Plug-in process and Grinding 2) Minimum education level from bachelor’s degree in engineering basis. 3) Leadership for process or product development and management for projects deliverables 4) Establish and develop technology allocation from R&D (Technology handover), AE (customer /product needs) and TDI Management 5) Approach: Technology driven, project driven, specific building block development, non-redundant, flexible & transformational 6) Knowledge of project management, data analysis and design of experiments. 7) Knowledge of data analysis tools (such as minitab, JMP, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, etc)
