该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1.负责编制、修订机加工工艺； 2.负责编制、修订机加工车间生产消耗定额、材料BOM表； 3.负责制订机加工作业指导书、车床操作指导书； 4.负责对车间员工进行工艺、操作技能等培训； 5.负责优化车间生产工艺路线、降本增效； 6.负责检查督促员工严格按工艺操作规程进行操作，对违反工艺纪律的及时纠正和处理； 7.对生产现场发生的工艺质量问题制定解决方案； 8.参加工艺技术方面的检查，对提出的工艺技术问题出具整改措施，并跟进整改完成情况； 9.参与公司新产品研发试制以及技术改造工作； 10.协助质量部对内外部客户质量投诉进行分析判断；
