• Responsible for leading the Electrical & Instrument function to improve site productivity, reliability and efficiency.
• Leading the team to ensure the QHSE plan is understood and implemented by the supervisors assigned based on their discipline so that project QHSE targets are met.
• Manpower and facility assessment, and detailed mobilization plan development and implement.
• Monitors the project progress and make sure the productivity meets the project given target.
• Taking the lead to work front analysis and seek solution to move forward with project approved schedule.
• Responsible for the project completion, including but not limited to construction methodology, build sequence and milestone dates.
• Control and manage subcontractor on site work and make sure the job done by subcontractor must follow QMW project procedure and requirement.
• Ensure supervisors and assistant supervisors are understood of their roles and responsibilities as well as familiar with project and company procedures.
• Ensure discipline Inspection Test Reports (ITR-A’s and associated punch list) are compiled and approved into completion database considering Mechanical Completion priority.
• Monitoring daily report, weekly report, monthly report can be generated and identify progress gap to seek solutions.
• Deal with supply chain to ensure the Required-on Site (ROS) are respected and Free Issued Materials can be received and inspected.
• Perform weekly meeting and make sure all the work scope can be performed as per schedule. Meanwhile, taking the lead to identify bottle neck and seek solutions,
• Liaise with client representative closely and continuously, ensure work can meet client requirement.
• Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company.
