• Supports global supplier strategy as aligned by commodity expertise and assignments, implementing FG OEM supplier development activities to drive higher level performance with identified suppliers.

依据对现有产品的知识以及工作要求,为全球供应商策略的制定提供支持,并实施外协供应商开发活动,以驱动指定供应商有更好的表现。

• Support quality engineer to determine the FG OEM products defect and tracking to the corrective and improvement actions.

支持质量工程师一起处理进料外协产(成)品检验和生产中发现的各种材料质量问题，并且追踪改善措施。

• Achieve this mission by establishing and maintaining good working relationship with Invacare contracted FG OEM suppliers that include development, implementation, and improvement of supplier manufacturing process and supplier Quality system.

通过开发，优化，改善供应商的制程和质量控制系统建立起和外协供应商的良好互动关系以达到不断改进的目标。 Responsibilities 工作职责:

• Facilitate Nonconforming Material Review Board.

协助不合格品评审委员会。

• Conduct FG OEM Supplier audits, monitor and manage development plans. Supplier training in ISO 9001 and other standards as necessary.

进行外协成品供应商审核，监督和管理发展计划。对供应商进行必要的ISO 9001和其他标准的培训。

• Establish methods that continuously improve the quality of received products from contracted FG OEM suppliers. 建立从外协成品供应商处收到的产品质量的持续改进方法。
• Supplier selection and management and on-site support. 参与成品供应商选择、管理和现场支持。
• Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and follow through. 对成品供应商进行纠正行动要求(SCAR)并跟进。
• Supplier FG sample validation, often with statistical process control. 供应商样（成品）品验证，有统计过程控制。
• Review prints and specification with suppliers and design engineering to ensure mutual understanding of the product application and performance expectations. 与供应商和设计工程师一起审核图纸和规格，以确保双方对产品应用和性能预期的理解。

• Bachelor's degree in major of mechanical and material engineering, able to written English communication with foreign supplier or colleague 本科机械或材料专业,能用书面英语和国外供应商或同事沟通。
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in supplier quality management required. Experience in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment.

至少5年供应商质量管理工作经验。有机械制造行业工作经验。

• Familiar with process of machining, metal plate, stamping, casting, forging, welding, extrusion, pipe, powder coating, e-coating, etc.,

熟悉机械加工、钣金、冲压、铸造、锻造、焊接、型材、管件、粉末喷涂、电泳等工艺。

• Familiar with material of copper, aluminum and stainless steel and mechanical components.

熟悉铜、铝、不锈钢等相关材料与零件。

• Familiar with quality tools in 8D, QC 7 tools, PPAP,etc
