该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1. 负责产品冲压工艺编制、优化与落地执行 2. 跟进冲压模具试模、量产调试，解决生产过程工艺异常问题 3. 制定冲压作业标准、工艺参数，把控产品尺寸与成型品质 4. 配合生产、质检部门推进工艺改善，提升生产效率、降低损耗 5. 汇总工艺数据，归档工艺图纸与技术文档 任职资格 1. 具备五金冲压工艺相关实操经验 2. 了解冲压模具结构、常用冲压设备及成型工艺要点 3. 能独立处理现场工艺问题，具备基础图纸识图能力 4. 工作严谨负责，具备良好现场沟通与问题处理意识
