• 负责客房日常清洁与整理，包括床铺整理、卫生间清洁消毒、垃圾清运及布草更换，确保符合酒店卫生与服务标准。 2. 检查客房内设施设备（如灯具、空调、电视、卫浴器具等）运行状况，及时报修并跟进处理进度。 3. 为住客提供基础服务支持，如行李协助、物品递送、咨询解答等，主动识别并响应客人合理需求。 4. 协助完成客房物资盘点与申领，保障清洁用品、客用品等库存充足、摆放规范。 5. 配合主管完成临时性任务及区域公共区域（如走廊、电梯厅）的保洁维护工作。
• 高中或中专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、公共服务类相关专业优先； 2. 具备1年及以上星级酒店或连锁品牌酒店客房服务工作经验，熟悉标准化服务流程与清洁操作规范； 3. 具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能耐心、细致地处理客人需求及突发情况； 4. 身体健康，能适应轮班制工作安排，具备基本体力劳动能力； 5. 掌握常用清洁工具及药剂的规范使用方法，了解基础消防安全与卫生防疫知识。
