该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1. 负责车规MCU的新产品导入 2. 负责产品特性评估，Qual以及量产 3. 负责项目管理，芯片可靠性验证方案的开发 4. 负责产品成本优化，包括良率提升，测试时间减少等 5. 负责客退芯片的分析和解决 6. 负责外部工厂和实验室对接 具体要求 1. 0-3年产品工程工作经验，本科及以上学历 2. 熟悉芯片生产制造流程，如半导体工艺，封装流程等 3. 有芯片自动化测试开发和生产管理经验为佳 4. 有芯片可靠性测试方案开发经验为佳 5. 有数据分析，数理统计经验为佳 6. 有脚本编程为佳，如Python, Perl，TCL等
