Job Scope:

We are looking for a GA Officer (Transportation) who will play a key role in elevating our transportation services, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations, and creating a service experience that goes beyond expectations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee transportation services, including shuttle bus operations, vehicle arrangements, and fleet management.
• Plan training and supervise drivers across 3 offices (Bangkok, Chonburi, Rayong), including assigned drivers, ensuring performance meets KPI standards.
• Develop and implement KPIs for Transportation services, enhancing and elevating service standards to be equivalent to or higher than a 5-star hotel level.
• Manage and control petty cash for Transportation under the principle of cost efficiency and necessity.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring complaints.
• Oversee and follow up on related documentation, coordinating with internal and external parties such as Procurement, Accounting, outsource teams, government authorities, and contractors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor, including project work, facility management, and developing English skills for drivers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience, or Diploma with at least 8 years of related experience.
• Strong team supervision skills and positive coordination with stakeholders.
• Interest in technology/AI and ability to apply it to improve work processes under the Smart City concept.
• Proficient in documentation and Microsoft Office programs.
• Leadership skills, high responsibility, and ability to solve on-site problems independently.
• Available for contact outside working hours in urgent cases.
• Positive attitude and strong service mindset.
• Good command of English.
