資金管理專員

職位：資金管理專員

任職資格：

1. 教育背景：大學本科或以上學歷，碩士研究生以上學歷者優先，金融、經濟、財務管理、會計等相關專業；
2. 工作經驗：有相關1-5年工作經驗者優先，特別優秀可放寬至應屆生；
3. 專業技能：熟悉企業融資、資金管理等資金相關工作；具有一定金融法律、財務會計等專業知識；
4. 專業資格：有金融業相關資格證書優先；
5. 其他要求：具有良好的組織協調能力、商務談判能力、風險防範能力、團隊協作能力、抗壓能力。

工作內容：

1. 參與制定完善資金管理等相關制度，優化管理體系，並對其執行情況進行監督，保證公司資金管理等工作的有效性及合規性；
2. 负责银行开户、授信、银企对接相关工作流程，优化资金管理体系，监督各项制度及业务执行情况，保障公司资金管理及银行业务合规、有效开展。
3. 拓展公司融資渠道，加強渠道體系建設，並做好資金籌集，落實融資計劃；
4. 落實資金計劃整理、債務監控、頭寸調撥等資金計劃和頭寸管理工作，滿足公司日常資金需求，提高資金使用效率；
5. 編制資金類報表，開展相關數據分析，並按上級單位及公司要求及時報送有關材料做好資金風險管控；
6. 承擔部門的日常事務以及完成領導交辦的其他工作。

月薪： 20000-30000港幣

Job Position: Fund Management Specialist

Qualifications:

1.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for candidates with a master's degree or higher, in finance, economics, financial management, accounting, or related fields.

2.Work Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant work experience are preferred, but exceptionally qualified recent graduates may also be considered.

3.Professional Skills: Familiarity with corporate financing, fund management, and other cash-related work; possession of a certain level of expertise in financial law, financial accounting, etc.

4.Professional Qualifications: Candidates with financial industry-related certifications are preferred.

5.Other Requirements: Good organizational and coordination skills, business negotiation abilities, risk prevention capabilities, team collaboration skills, and stress resistance.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Participate in the formulation and improvement of fund management and related systems, optimize the management framework, and supervise the execution to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the company's fund management and other related work.

2.Responsible for the workflows of corporate bank account opening, credit granting and bank-enterprise docking, optimize the capital management system, supervise the implementation of relevant systems and businesses, and ensure the compliant and effective operation of the company’s capital management and banking businesses.

3.Expand the company's financing channels, strengthen the construction of channel systems, and ensure the collection of funds and the implementation of financing plans.

4.Implement fund planning, debt monitoring, position allocation, and other fund planning and position management tasks to meet the company's daily funding needs and improve the efficiency of fund usage.

5.Prepare financial reports, conduct related data analysis, and timely submit materials as required by higher authorities and the company to manage fund risks effectively.

6.Handle daily departmental affairs and complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Monthly Salary: 20,000-30,000
