• Legal Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of contracts and legal instruments, including commercial agreements, corporate resolutions, and regulatory filings.
• Transactional Support: Conduct thorough legal due diligence for mergers & acquisitions, investments, and other strategic projects to identify and address potential legal risks.
• China Subsidiary Support: Provide dedicated legal support to all China-based operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and supporting business growth.
• Regional Collaboration: Offer legal support to affiliated companies across other Asian jurisdictions, adapting to diverse legal environments. Qualifications & Requirements
• Education & Bar Admission: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, complemented by successful completion of the Bar Examination.
• Professional Experience: 8 to 10 years of substantial legal experience, gained within a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
