该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1、负责视频广告素材输出，主要用于 Facebook、Google、Tiktok 等平台广告投放。 2、协助需求部门完成素材创意，负责广告素材的视频剪辑、合成、后期包装及部分平面广告设计 3、素材数据的日常整理与分析 4、学习能力强且态度积极，能够快速学习了解不同市场的受众需求，并根据需求输出调性一致的素材内容。 任职要求 1、广告、视觉传达、数字媒体等设计相关专业的在校生 2、熟练使用FCPX、PR、AE、剪映、PS 等视频和平面设计软件，能够独立完成视频素材剪辑与制作 3、具有良好的沟通能力，能够及时针对创意等问题进行沟通。
