该职位来源于猎聘 Position : Analog Design Engineer Responsibilities:

• Take charge of Key IP development for analog/mix-signal IC design project and ensure the quality;
• Provide technical guidance to layout, application and evaluation teams;
• Engage with the whole project team to understand the product requirements/block requirement, and provide insights of the technology trends;
• Deliver the design documents including the design SPEC, review files, evaluation plan
• Capable for debugging and bench evaluation Requirement:
• MS degree with 5+ years’ experience in IC industry
• Solid understanding on circuit analysis, verification and IC design technology
• Good silicon debug capability
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Solid problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Enjoy thinking, taking things apart and making things work.
• Innovative, with ability to raise good questions.
• Self-motivation, result oriented, good team work and communication skills.
• AFE(Analog Front End) related products experience is preferred
• Solid understanding of device physics, control theory and sampling system is a strong plus.
• Good spoken and written English
