该职位来源于猎聘 职位说明： 东方高圣在北京的实习生招聘旨在为实习生提供一个完全真实的工作环境，工作内容主要是跨境并购和消费品企业间的并购重组，实习生将参与顶级投行项目的技术开发、和全球的行业精英交流与切磋，充分提升以及展示自我。实习生还将参加各种活动从而能更快完成从校园到职场的转变。表现突出的实习生，将会有机会在实习期结束后获得全职offer。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历 ； 2、专业不限，金融、财务、法律、英语等专业优先考虑；

3、极强的学习能力； 3、具备良好的文字处理能力及数据分析能力；

4、能适应加班及出差； 5、实习期至少3～6个月，实习期结束后根据综合表现评定，将有机会获得全职工作机会。 英文版 Job description： Hollyhigh International Capital(HHIC) was established in 1998, Our company is a professional firm specializing in Chinese M&A transactions. HHIC served over 110 small to medium size high growth companies and have completed both inbound and outbound cross-border M&A transactions of China. HHIC not only helps CSRC to manage the M&A database but also take part in more than 700 local M&A cases in past 17 years, such as LeTV.com, QiaQia food co., Xiangxue pharmaceutical, Shell, Lafarge and so on. Hollyhigh International Capital’s intern recruitment in order to provide a completely real work environment for trainees, the main work will arrange trainees take park in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, enterprises’ merger and restructuring which focus on consumer goods. The trainees will participate in the top investment bank project development, work with global industry elite and fully enhance working ability and social experience. After internship, outstanding trainees will have the opportunity to obtain a full-time offer. Job requirements： 1、Bachelor degree or above, prefer majors Financial, legal, English；

2、Good learning ability； 3、Have good word processing skills and data analysis capabilities；
