机械设计工程师（机床）

该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： - 研发工作-30%：参与研发新产品开发与测试定义，模型以及实物，参与产品制作过程中的模型，样机以及预小批-30%

• Resarch and developement-30%:Participate in research and developemt test of new mechanical concept, modules or products.Participate in the process of product development or improvement: Mock-up, Prototype and Pre-series. - 文档图纸 -30%:及时完成指定工作任务，包括图纸，技术文档，BOM，DN，MO以及其他ISO9000要求的输出文档
• Documents and drawings -30%:Accomplish specified tasks timely , including design drawings, schematics, technical documents, BOM, DN, MO, and other output documents required by ISO9000. - 解决设计问题-20% : 解决模型，样机以及预小批过程中的设计缺陷
• Design problems solving-20%:Solve the design defects found during mock-up, prototype or pre-series phase - 生产支持-10%:指导生产、装配以及测试样机和预小批
• Support machine producing-10%:Instruct the fabrication, assembly and testing of product mock-up, prototype and pre-series phase - 设计验证-10%:实施功能测试、验证关键机械零部件
• Design validation-10%:Do functional test, verification and validation of critical mechanical components and subassemblies. 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上机械设计相关专业，具有5年以上机床行业设计经验； 2. 熟悉机床结构原理，熟悉机械制造工艺； 3. 熟练应用SolidEdge、Ansys workbench等机械设计和FEA软件； 4. 具备熟练的英语书写和口语能力； 5. 良好的创新精神和团队精神。
