We are expanding across Southeast Asia and are looking for driven consultants to join our Kuala Lumpur team.

Role Overview

As an Immigration Consultant based in Malaysia, you will serve high-net-worth clients across Southeast Asia, providing professional consultation on global residency and citizenship planning. You will leverage Globevisa's global program portfolio to deliver tailored, compliant mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with high-net-worth clients to understand their immigration and wealth planning needs, and tailor personalized proposals accordingly

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital channels; schedule appointments and build lasting relationships

• Closely follow up with clients to address concerns and facilitate deal closure in the shortest possible time

• Maintain Globevisa's brand reputation and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Work Authorization: Malaysian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa (cannot provide visa sponsorship)

• Experience: 1+ years of sales experience with proven performance; HNW client experience in finance, insurance, real estate, luxury retail, or immigration preferred

• Language: Fluent in English and Chinese language (both written and spoken); familiarity with local Malaysian culture

• Traits: Goal-driven, resilient under pressure, adept at cross-cultural communication

• Mindset: Proactive, fast learner, entrepreneurial spirit

• Bonus: Overseas study or work experience; existing HNW network in Malaysia

• 主动开发潜在客户，通过人脉拓展、客户推荐及数字渠道建立长期信任关系

• 紧密跟进客户，解答疑虑，在最短时间内促成签约

• 维护环球品牌声誉，确保客户满意度

任职要求

• 工作权限： 马来西亚公民、永久居民或持有有效工作签证（无法担保工签）

• 经验： 1年以上销售经验且业绩优秀；金融、保险、房地产、奢侈品零售或移民行业的高净值客户服务经验优先

• 语言： 流利的 英语与普通话（听说读写）；熟悉马来西亚本地文化

• 特质： 目标导向，抗压能力强，具备出色的跨文化沟通能力

• 心态： 积极主动，学习能力强，具备创业精神
