Job Description

• Execute financial due diligence as a project team member. The responsibility mainly includes:
• Conduct data cleaning and discrepancy closing;
• Analyze the financials of the Target;
• Identify potential risks, conclude findings and implications
• Perform limited market research, and;
• Draft due diligence report;
• Other project related assistance, such as pitch material preparation

Job Conditions

• University graduates with a minimum of 2-4 years of professional audit experience in Big 4, preferably with previous due diligence exposure
• Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills
• Able to identify business opportunities and contribute to the Firms practice through proactive interactions with clients senior management
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Frequent Travel is required
