该职位来源于猎聘 产品：传感器研发部： 【备注：有团队管理经验，对团队绩效考核有深刻的认识；对车用产品开发和EMC测试整改有足够的经验】 岗位职责：
- 负责车用电子产品硬件开发全流程管理，主导ECU/VCU等核心部件开发项目3个以上
- 制定EMC测试标准，完成辐射发射/传导骚扰等8项关键EMC测试整改
- 带领5人以上团队完成硬件方案设计，确保产品通过AEC-Q100可靠性认证
- 优化硬件开发流程，缩短产品开发周期30%以上
任职要求：
- 电子工程相关专业，大专及以上学历，5年以上汽车电子硬件开发管理经验
- 精通A Dgner，至少主导过2款车规级产品PCB设计
- 熟悉ISO 11452/7637等EMC标准，有3次以上成功整改案例
- 具备团队管理经验，能承受高强度工作压力
